beachouse.ai is in early demo. By using it, you agree to these terms.

What it is. A tool for owners of second homes to log service visits and track activity at their properties. Access is invite-only during this phase.

What it isn't.A guarantee. beachouse is provided as-is, without warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any specific feature will continue to exist. Things may break, change, or be removed.

Acceptable use.Use beachouse for its intended purpose. Don't try to access accounts that aren't yours, don't probe for vulnerabilities, don't upload anything illegal, don't use it to harass anyone.

Liability.beachouse is a tool. It's not a substitute for security, insurance, or being physically present at your property. We're not liable for any loss, damage, or issue at your home.

Changes. These terms will evolve. The current version is the source of truth.
